ChefLytics provides restaurant-management tools including sales analytics, recipe costing, inventory tracking, and AI invoice scanning. Features may change as the product evolves.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it only to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access other tenants' data, or upload content you don't have the right to use.

Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at sign-up. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges.

The Service is provided “as is.” Analytics, food-cost, and inventory figures are estimates to support your decisions and are not a substitute for your own accounting or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChefLytics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
